Clunie Castle

Clunie Castle is a ruined 13th century royal castle, the remains of which stand on the west bank of Loch Clunie.

The castle is thought to have been robbed of building materials to build its successor, also named Clunie Castle, which stands on an island in the Loch of Clunie.
