Scottish vodka

Although Scotland is rightly famous for whisky production, more vodka than whisky is consumed per head of population in Scotland. Despite this just 12 companies produce Scottish vodka in what is a small but growing market.

Both grain and potato vodkas are produced, with some producers opting for a cleaner, more traditional taste while others go for more speciality flavours. In all cases there is a focus on using high quality locally-sourced ingredients.
