Kinblethmont
Old Kinblethmont is thought to be a 16th century tower house, although it now only stands to a height of around 3.0m within the grounds of Kinblethmont House.
When the first castle at Kinblethmont was built is unknown, however Kinblethmont was an early barony in Angus.
In the mid-19th century stone from the tower was used to build its replacement, Kinblethmont House.
