Hillhead of Clatt
This Class I symbol stone, known as the Salmon Stone, was dug up at a depth of around 1.8m a few years before 1842 close to some cairns at Hillhead of Clatt farm. It was reused as a sill stone at Percylieu mill until the 1890s when it was taken to Cransmill Farm. At a later date it was moved to Leith Hall where it can be found in a lean-to shed at NJ 53981 29974 against the north wall of the walled garden.
