Haddington
This Pictish silver chain was found near Haddington in 1873.
It consists of 31 pairs of small silver rings, with one end of the chain terminating in a single link, and weighs 687 grams. It is thought to date to the 4th to 6th centuries.
The chain was declared treasure trove and placed in what was the National Museum of Antiquities of Scotland, now the National Museums of Scotland.
