Inveravon 4
This Class I symbol stone is one of four, along with Inveravon 1, Inveravon 2 and Inveravon 3 which were found below or adjacent to the present Inveravon parish church.
Inveravon 4 measures around 1.5m tall by 0.9m across by 0.15m thick and is carved with a crescent and V-rod and a Pictish beast. It was found in the churchyard in 1964 and for many years it stood against the south exterior wall of the church but has now been relocated to the church’s north porch.
