Inveravon 3

This fragment of a Class I symbol stone is one of four, along with Inveravon 1, Inveravon 2 and Inveravon 4, which were found below or adjacent to the present Inveravon parish church.

Inveravon 3 measures around 0.33m by 0.17m and is carved with the head of a Pictish beast. For many years it was built into the east interior wall of the church but has now been relocated to the church’s north porch.
