Caldra

Caldra House is a 17th century house which may incorporate part of an earlier tower.

In September 1545 Calledrawe was burned by an English army led by Edward Seymour, Earl of Hertford. Whether this referred to a settlement or a tower is not clear.

The house was rebuilt following a fire in 1897.
