Largo
This Class II cross slab was found in two parts. One part was discovered during quarrying on Norrie’s Law in 1839 while the other part was being used as a drain cover around a kilometre away. The two parts were cemented together and the slab was erected in the grounds of Largo House at NO 4177 0340. By the end of the 19th century it had been moved to Polton House in Midlothian. By 1933 it had been taken to Largo churchyard where it is now housed within a shelter.
