Flemington 2
Flemington 2 is a Class I symbol stone which was discovered in 2022.
During the excavation of a large High Medieval period building at Flemington Farm in the summer of 2022 this stone was found being reused as part of a stone-slabbed floor.
The stone is carved with seven different symbols including a double disk and Z-rod, a crescent and V-rod, a mirror and comb, and a possible V-rod.
The stone is expected to be installed within Aberlemno Village Hall in late August 2025.
