Arnprior Castle (site of)

The ruins of Arnprior Castle could still be seen in the late 18th century but no trace of them now remains.

Arnprior was one of the original eleven baronies in the parish of Kippen along with Glentirran, Dasher or Deshour, Shirgarton, Broich, Arnmanuel, Arnbeg, Arnmore, Arnfinlay, Garden and Buchlyvie.
