This traditional detached cottage is welcoming and spacious, with four bedrooms, a bathroom and two shower rooms. There are two sitting rooms that both are cosy and comfortable, with one warmed by a wood burning stove and the other an open fire. The sitting room with the wood burner has a sofa bed to accommodate extra guests. The kitchen is bright and modern and there is a separate dining room for family meals. The cottage is well presented and the accommodation is both large and versatile offering scope for a family get together or groups of friends who want to holiday with each other. Grantown-on-Spey is only four miles away and this house is a great base for a year round holiday in this lovely area.

Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 4 cars. Enclosed lawned area with picnic table. Well behaved pets welcome at £10 per pet. Sorry no smoking. Shops and pubs 4 miles.

The bustling town of Grantown-on-Spey lies in the heart of the Highlands and offers a variety of shops and other amenities to the many visitors that flock to this region every year. Visitors will admire the stunning scenery and can enjoy golfing, walking, cycling and in the winter season skiing and snowboarding can be found at the nearby Lecht and Cairngorms Ski Centres. Grantown-on-Spey is a Georgian town and has some fine Georgian and Victorian architecture. There is an award-winning museum which charts the origins of the town and brings to life the story of the coming of the railways and the visit of Queen Victoria. This is a beautiful town and with the many attractions in and around the area, it is an ideal base for a holiday all year round.
