The Steadings is a self-catering cottage in Kinlochleven, Inverness-shire.

This spacious, single storey house in lovely grounds offers stunning mountain views and is located on the outskirts of the village of Kinlochleven. Close to Loch Leven, The Ice Factor and many shops, pubs and walks, this property boasts two bedrooms, a well equipped fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area, and sitting room. With both a garden and off-road parking, this is an incredibly practical home from home. This property is able to sleep up to four people and makes a wonderful retreat.

Set below towering mountains at the end of Loch Leven, the picturesque village of Kinlochleven is regarded as one of Scotland's prettiest settlements. The local area boasts an abundance of fantastic walks including the celebrated West Highland Way, together with excellent fishing opportunities and a wide variety of water sport facilities. Close by, there are a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants and should the weather prove too unreliable, visitors can enjoy indoor climbing at The Ice Factor - the world's largest indoor ice climbing facility. Glencoe, just seven miles away, offers some of the best scenery in Europe in addition to superb mountaineering, snowboarding, fishing and sailing opportunities. The mountain has also inspired craft centres and a fascinating Folk Museum with a visitor’s centre portraying the story of the Massacre of Glencoe.
