The Charts is a self-catering cottage in Lybster, Caithness.

The Charts is a first floor apartment in the owners' home in the small village of Upper Lybster in Northern Scotland. The cottage has two double bedrooms (one with an ensuite) and one single room making it suitable for five people. The cottage also contains a family bathroom and an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting room with an open fire. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars and a large, shared garden. With all of the beautiful Scottish coastline to discover, The Charts is a fabulous cottage in a stunning location.

Full oil fired central heating, additional heating from open fire in sitting area. Electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, colour TV, DVD player, stereo/CD, books/DVDs etc. Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Large garden with furniture (shared with owner). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 miles. Pub 1 mile.

The Caithness village of Lybster sits in a bay with views across the North Sea and the Moray Coast. Lybster has a range of amenities including hotels, shops and a golf course. Bird watchers can observe breeding colonies of seabirds, on the cliffs around Lybster or view them seasonally through the camera link recording them.
