The Cabin at North Lodge is a detached wooden chalet in the grounds of the owner's property, 1.5 miles from the rural village of Canonbie, and 9.5 miles from Gretna. This all ground floor cottage is based on a New Zealand sleepout and has open plan accommodation with a double bed, fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area, as well as a family shower room. To the outside of this cottage, there is off road parking for two cars and a covered seating area on the porch. The Cabin at North Lodge is a lovely romantic cottage in a quiet and relaxing area.

Full oil central heating, additional heating from woodburner-style gas fire in sitting area. Gas hob, microwave, fridge, colour TV, books/games. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Covered seating area on porch. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: There is a large unfenced pond at the bottom of the sloping garden area in front of this property.

The village of Canonbie is situated just over the border in Scotland, and lies on the River Esk, which is perfect for salmon and sea trout fishing. The area is also ideal for walkers wanting to explore this peaceful area. Close by is the town of Gretna and further a field is the stunning Northumberland National Park.
