The cottage has a double bedroom with en-suite shower, and a twin room which can be offered as a double. There is also a family bathroom. There is a fitted kitchen, and a sitting room with a woodburner. The whole house benefits from underfloor heating. Outside, a decked area provides the perfect places to dine alfresco, and there is off road parking for 2 cars. With walking, cycling and dramatic scenery all within easy reach, Sunset Cottage is perfect for family or friends.

Set on the narrowest part of the lovely Isle of Mull, Salen is a small village with a couple of hotels, a restaurant and a coffee shop. There is an agricultural show held just outside Salen each August. Outdoor pursuits in this area include mountain biking, walking, bird watching and pony trekking. Dramatic coastal scenery at Calgary Bay and the Gribun rocks make this a great base for artists or simply anyone seeking to blow the cobwebs away. The islands capital town, Tobermory, is 16 miles away, and has a choice of restaurants and other amenities.
