We are 10 minutes from the city centre and within walking distance to Edinburghs fashionable Waterfront, where you will find the Royal Yacht Britannia, Ocean Terminal and the Scottish Office.

Superb accommodation that is warm and welcoming with tasteful surroundings. All rooms are non smoking with en-suite. Some rooms have king, super-king, sleigh bed or four-poster beds, Free WI FI, welcome tray, mini safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, DVD player and radio alarm clock.

Prices include a fully cooked Scottish breakfast which is served in our newly refurbished contemporary breakfast room.
