The Lochaber area is a fantastic destination for those who enjoy the many outdoor pursuits available locally, including canoeing/kayaking, hill- walking, mountaineering, mountain biking and fishing. If those activities sound a bit stressful, you can just enjoy the magnificent scenery, take a gentle stroll in the majestic Glen Roy and observe the parallel roads; a geographical, oceanic feature. The building was constructed in 1836 by the chief of Clan Mackintosh and many of the original features can still be seen including the Clan Mackintosh coat of arms above the main entrance. The Roy Bridge Hotel is a traditional Highland inn and offers comfortable and well appointed en-suite bedrooms with a tasty highland breakfast. Meals are served daily from 6pm - 9pm and the menu offers fresh home-cooked food at reasonable prices. Guests can relax in the friendly bar to plan the next days' activities. The Grey Corrie Lodge provides great value bunkhouse accommodation. We welcome groups up to 28 as well as smaller groups and single travelers. Facilities include a wood burning stove, common room, fitted kitchen, communal showers/toilets, drying room, washing machine, ample car parking.
