Rosemarkie Caravan and Camping Site

Rosemarkie Caravan and Camping Site is a campsite in Rosemarkie, Inverness-shire.

This campsite is spectacularly-set right on the edge of the sea at Rosemarkie, with easy access on to the beach. this is apparently a great spot for dolphin-watching, although the proximity of the Plough Inn hindered our attempts at this! most of the clientele seem to be caravanners, but ours weren't the only tents. the site is part of the Camping and Caravanning Club, but non-members can also stay.

The people who run it are very friendly, and the showers were good - not coin operated like some places. they even did us a half-price deal even though we weren't members. but the best thing about it is the location!
