Rocklyn is a semi detached, stone built fisherman’s cottage located in the seaside village of St. Abbs near to Berwick-upon-Tweed in the Scottish Borders. The cottage sleeps five people in three bedrooms (one double, one twin and one single) and has a family bathroom. Also in the cottage are a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with an open fire. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars. Close to a nature reserve and a lovely beach, Rocklyn will provide a memorable holiday no matter what you plan to get up to on your Scottish holiday.

Electric storage heating throughout, additional heating from open fire in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher. Freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer in utility room. TV, DVD, radio, library of books, games and DVDs. Electricity inc. in rent. Fuel for fire can be purchased locally. Bed linen inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking at rear of property for 2 cars. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Shop 2 mins walk. Pub 1.5 miles.

St. Abbs is a fishing village with a harbour and fishermen's cottages hugging the hillside, situated on the Berwickshire coastline. The St. Abbs Head Nature Reserve has a rich variety of wildlife and is a paradise for birdwatchers. There is a sandy beach 1 mile away in nearby Coldingham. The town of Berwick-upon-Tweed, with shops, a museum and a castle, is nearby.
