Commanding an enviable waterside location on the banks of Loch Lomond at the foot of Ben Lomond in Scotland's first National Park this imposing and very spacious lodge is the perfect holiday retreat boasting a large summer house with table football. Here visitors can relax fish from the water's edge or enjoy a stroll in 20 acres of lovely peaceful grounds – a haven for wild life where deer squirrels and numerous bird species are often spotted. Beloved of Walter Scott the outstandingly beautiful landscape surrounding the lodge affords ample opportunities for exploring cycle trails sailing playing golf and superb walking – the West Highland Way passes close by.

There is an excellent restaurant at Balmaha (6 miles). Shops are found at Drymen (10 miles) and pub serving food is 2 miles away.
