Linton Mill Farmhouse is a spacious semi-detached cottage in a rural location near Kelso in the Scottish borders. The four bedrooms are generously sized, and comprise a first floor double with en-suite shower room, leading to a first floor twin, a further first floor twin and a ground floor double. There is also a family bathroom with bath, basin and WC on the first floor. Donwstairs, the living accommodation is cosy and well-equipped, with a kitchen, utility, dining room and a sitting room with an open fire. Outside is a lawned garden with a steam running through it, and ample off road parking. Linton Mill Farmhouse is close to walking and cycling, and within easy reach of the coast, making it a fantastic base for a year-round break.

The borders town of Kelso offers a cobbled town square, lovely Georgian architecture, and a good selection of shops and eateries. Kelso is also home to Floors Castle, Kelso Abbey and the popular Kelso Racecourse. The town is surrounded by wonderful countryside, with activities including fishing, walking and cycling.
