Outside is a lawned garden with a steam running through it, and ample off road parking. Linton Mill Farmhouse is close to walking and cycling, and within easy reach of the coast, making it a fantastic base for a year-round break.

The borders town of Kelso offers a cobbled town square, lovely Georgian architecture, and a good selection of shops and eateries. Kelso is also home to Floors Castle, Kelso Abbey and the popular Kelso Racecourse. The town is surrounded by wonderful countryside, with activities including fishing, walking and cycling.
