Lincoln is a detached cottage in the village of Alness on the Cromarty Firth, just twenty miles from Inverness in the Scottish Highlands. The cottage has two double bedrooms (one with an ensuite) and a family bathroom, making it suitable for four people. The cottage also contains a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting room with a multi fuel stove. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars and a decked area with garden furniture. With shops and pubs within walking distance and the whole of the Northern Highlands to explore, Lincoln is a wonderful holiday cottage any time of the year.

Electric central heating with storage heaters and additional heating from multi fuel stove in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, colour TV with Freeview, DVD, radio, stereo/CD, library of books, games and DVDs. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for two cars. Large decked area with furniture. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: This cottage is situated close to a leisure centre, its car park, and a library.

The town of Alness dates back to 1227 and sits on the River Averon on the Cromarty Firth. Today Alness is a town with a wide range of shops, pubs and restaurants as well as a selection of leisure activities including the Alness golf club.
