The cottage has one double bedroom, one twin room and a single bedroom, which with the addition of a family bathroom, makes it suitable for five people. The cottage also contains a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a woodburner. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars and a lawned garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Close to the coast, yet set in beautiful countryside, Balbirnie Cottage is a lovely family holiday cottage in a delightful part of Scotland.
