Set within a small cottage complex it is situated on the edge of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park an area of outstanding natural beauty affording almost limitless opportunities for enjoying outdoor pursuits and wildlife. Walking climbing and mountain biking are all excellent and visitors can go boating or fishing on one of seven nearby lochs.

Stirling, Glasgow and Edinburgh offer great days out, and Aberfoyle village (3 miles) hosts food wildlife and outdoor festivals throughout the year. Pub and shop 1 mile.
