NB's Guest House is a hotel in Edinburgh, Midlothian.

NBs is a lovely warm and friendly guest house in the merchiston area of edinburgh. It is about 1 mile south of Princes Street and takes just 20 minutes to walk to the centre or catch a bus right outside and be there in 5 minutes. Buses run every 5 minutes most days and night buses run too. We can offer lots of sight seeing advice and organise sight seeing tours all over scotland. At Nbs we aim to ensure you have the most relaxing and pleasurable break possible. You will find your room immaculately clean, always warm and lovely gold and red furnishings and decor. Plus black out roman blinds and very good quality beds ensure a most deep and relaxing sleep. There is wifi available for a very small charge. Parking must be pre booked and is £10.00 a day. Sadly we cant guarentee spaces but usually it is fine. We are totally non smoking. We accept all card types and there is no charge for all debit cards but is a 2.5% charge on creditamex cards.
