This cosy single storey cottage in the rural village of Reston is just three miles from St Abbs in the Scottish Borders. This three bedroom property is well-furnished and offers comfortable, welcoming accommodation for up to five people. The cottage comes with a south facing conservatory overlooking the garden to the rear and is within easy reach of the village's two pubs, shop and post office as well as the small farm shop. The accommodation is composed of three bedrooms, fitted kitchen, living room and good-sized bathroom, making it an ideal location from which to explore the stunning scenery of the Borders.

Note: The East coast railway line runs to the rear of the property, though occasional passing trains are not obtrusive.

Just three miles from the coast, this lovely village offers both a pub and a number of golf courses as well as a range of stunning, sandy beaches and exciting marine life. The picturesque fishing village of St Abbs and the harbour town of Eyemouth are close by and the surrounding countryside is perfect for walking - the nearby Lammermuir Hills offer a variety of great routes, as well as fishing and horse riding. The Scottish capital city of Edinburgh is located to the north and is within easy driving distance whilst the Holy Island of Lindisfarne and Alnwick are located to the south.
