Hillhead Escape is set in the scattered village of Inverfarigaig on Loch Ness' southern shore. With two double bedrooms and one twin this cottage can sleep six people. Also within the cottage is a family bathroom, a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with an open fire. Outside the cottage is a decked area and lawned garden as well as roadside parking for two cars. Perfect for discovering the delights of this part of Scotland as well as some monster spotting, Hillhead Escape is a lovely family cottage.
Full oil fired central heating, additional heating from open fire in sitting room. Gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, books/games etc. Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking for 2 cars in quiet service road outside cottage. Lawned garden with deck and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: No TV.
Inverfarigaig is a scattered collection of houses deep in the woodland, halfway along the southern shore of Loch Ness. The nearby village of Foyers has a shop, restaurant and doctors, while the main centre for amenities is the city of Inverness, 17 miles away. There is so much to suit everyone here, from walking, dolphin spotting on the Moray Coast, castle and ancient battlefields to explore, and of course, lazy afternoons by the loch, just waiting for a glimpse of the elusive monster!
