It provides excellent budget accommodation for travelers and tourists alike.We pride ourselves in the quality of service we provide to all our guests and assure your stay with us will be a memorable one. The city of Inverness has much to offer, during the day and great nightlife at night.

We offer 1 single, 2 double and 5 twin rooms. Our twin rooms have a bunk bed for 2 adults with PVC mattresses. Laundry facilities available at the cost of £5 for wash and dry.

Please note that 48 hours notice is required to cancel booking and that if paying by credit card then 10% will be charged on top of the bill.
