Beautiful beaches numerous castles (magnificent Bamburgh Castle 28 miles) Holy Island St Abb's Head nature reserve – all are an easy drive on country roads.

Edinburgh's attractions are well worth a trip. Pub serving meals ½ mile shops and good amenities in Berwick (5 miles).
