We are an established guest house with a loyal following enjoying much repeat business. The House itself is an early Victorian town house situated right on the promenade in Portobello, a charming and distinctive district of Edinburgh. Several of our guest rooms have fine views of the Firth of Forth and all of our rooms have wash hand basins, colour TVs and teacoffee making facilities. Local amenities are excellent and aside from the beautiful and clean beach include an amusement park, various restaurants and take-aways, sundry shops and traditional pubs..
