Elfstone Cottage is a modern detached bungalow situated near the owner’s property, in a rural position just five miles from the town of Stonehaven, fifteen miles south of Aberdeen. With one double bedroom with an ensuite, one twin bedroom and a family bathroom, it can sleep four people. Also in the cottage is a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a dining table and an open fire. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for two cars and access to natural grassland with outdoor furniture. Elfstone Cottage is a lovely family cottage in a beautiful part of rural Scotland.

The seaside resort of Stonehaven is situated in the county of Kincardineshire and occupies a sheltered position where the Carron Water and the Cowie Water empty into the North Sea. This picturesque holiday resort offers a heated, open-air Olympic size swimming pool, an 18-hole gold course and a sheltered harbour usually packed with sailing yachts. The town also boasts the Tolbooth Museum, a notable building situated on the quayside, as well as Dunnottar Castle which originates from the 11th Century. This incredible castle is positioned on the edge of a sheer 160-foot drop into the sea, just to the south of the town. Also close by is Fowlsheugh RSPB Seabird Colony, which is the largest in Britain. The bustling town of Aberdeen is an easy drive away and offers outstanding shopping, great food and a thriving nightlife, as well as the small seaside fun fair – Codonas - open all year round.
