Outside, there is an enclosed patio garden, a lovely spot for a morning coffee or evening meal. Golden sandy beaches are just a few minutes drive, or simply stroll into town to visit the shops, pubs and restaurants.

With a variety of shops including a baker, butcher, grocer, bank and post office, and pubs serving food and welcoming families, Gatehouse of Fleet also has a fascinating visitors centre set in a former bobbin mill, telling the story of the town’s cotton spinning days.
