Boath House Hotel is a hotel in Nairn, Inverness-shire.

Once described as the most beautiful Regency House in Scotland. It was on Historic Scotland's endangered list in the early 90s, when Don and Wendy Matheson found it, fell in love with it, and set about restoring this Grade A listed Georgian Mansion to its original splendour. After meticulous refurbishment, Don, Wendy and their three children delight in sharing their beautiful home with guests from far and wide. The year 2007 marked their 10th year anniversary of operating Boath House as a country house hotel. The property is set in 20 acres including well tended lawns, walled gardens woodland and streams. An ornamental lake in the grounds is stocked with brown and rainbow trout and is also home to swans, wild geese and ducks. A series of well-kept paths connect with the house to enable guests to explore the gardens and rest and relax at secluded seating areas or on sunny terraces. The fine dining restaurant at Boath House has also been voted one of Scotland top 10 best restaurants and seats 26 covers at capacity. Head Chef, Charlie Lockley, a member of Master Chefs of Great Britain since 1999, has taken the restaurant from 2AA to 4 AA rosette status. The hotel offers 8 bedrooms - each of the bedrooms has been painstakingly refurbished and individually styled to reflect the opulent style of the original design of the house. Boath House Beauty has a treatment room which aims to provide an all round relaxing and de-stressing experience. Beauty guests can experience Aveda treatments - holistic approaches to beauty and wellbeing based on Indian Ayurvedic principles which use natural plant and flower extract treatments. Boath House Beauty is the only location in the north of Scotland to offer these treatments. Part of the Boath House philosophy is that Don and Wendy share their beautiful home with guests, keep a friendly atmosphere and are on first-name terms with their guests.
