The centre of Blairgowrie is only a five minute walk away and for a wider range of shops and other amenities, Dundee is 19 miles away and Perth is 16 miles. This property offers a wonderful base from which to discover the rich heritage this area has to offer.

Situated on the banks of the River Ericht, the red stone town of Blairgowrie makes a fabulous base for exploring the beautiful county of Perth and the lovely Angus Glens. The town is overlooked by hills and mountains, making this region superb walking, riding and cycling country. Golfers are very well catered for with many courses in the area including Rosemount and St Andrews and Gleneagles all within easy reach. Glamis Castle has a long history, and is said to be the most haunted castle in Scotland as well as the setting for Shakespeare’s Macbeth. The Beech hedge at Meikleour was planted in 1745 and is the highest in the world. With so much on offer, this is a great year round holiday destination for the whole family.
