Anne and Brian Angus are delighted to welcome you to the Blackford Hotel in the heart of Perthshire and very close to Auchterarder and the famous Scottish golf courses of Gleneagles, which is less than 10 minutes drive away.

The former 1830s Coaching Inn has been fully restored and returned back to the Blackford Hotel. Wood burning stoves in our hotel restaurant, bar and hotel dining room together with special homemade recipes will all help to generate that feeling of contentment, relaxation and escapism from the hustle and bustle of life outside.

We have 8 very comfortable ensuite bedrooms, individually-designed to generate a feeling of restfulness and calm.

We, along with the strong support from Jac Thomson, our Assistant Hotel Manager and Matthew Martins, our new young chef and all our hotel staff hope our warm and friendly atmosphere will entice you to come and stay at The Blackford Hotel again and again.
