Bank Hotel

Bank Hotel is a hotel in Edinburgh, Midlothian.

Originally a bank since 1923, the Bank Hotel Edinburgh (Scotland) was converted into a hotel in 1998. Located on the Royal Mile, the hotel stands 400 metres from the Scottish Parliament and 800 metres from the Palace of Holyroodhouse.

The ground floor of the Bank Hotel Edinburgh houses Logie Bairds Bar, where complimentary cooked to order breakfasts are served each morning. This smoke free property has three floors and no elevator. The reception area and staircase are accessible through an oak panel at the back of the bar. Guestrooms offer complimentary toiletries and coffeemakers.

The main thoroughfare through Edinburgh's Old Town, the Royal Mile, extends from Edinburgh Castle to the Palace of Holyroodhouse. This touristy stretch includes shops, historical attractions and pubs.
