Arthur's View is a bed and breakfast in Edinburgh, Midlothian.

Welcome to Arthur's View. A traditional establishment set in an 18th century Georgian property, located with 1/2 mile from the City Centre.

Situated close to all major road links and we cater for all guests, private, business or traveller.

Located nearby is the world-famous Palace of Holyrood House and the creative Parliament building.

Princes Street, Edinburgh Castle, Scottish museums are all within easy reach. Walking approximately 20-25 minutes or the bus stop is just across the street. This link runs for 24 hours a day with buses every 3-4 minutes throughout the day.

Parking facilities are a premium in the busy capital and therefore, we provide our guests the option to use our FREE private carpark.

We go out of our way to ensure that your stay with us is as comfortable as possible, and will endeavour to meet your requirements.

Most of our bedrooms are en-suite, and equipped with hairdryer, tv/dvd , tea/coffee making facilities. Ironing facilities and toiletries are available on request.



Refund Policy and terms and conditions:

1. We operate on a 72 hour cancellation policy - if within this time then the full stay will become payable.
2. All customer cards will be pre-authorised before arrival -
3. Guest arrivals on friday or saturday throughout the year will require a minimum stay of 2 nights - .
4. 29th dec - 3rd Jan each year will require a minimum stay of 3 nights.
5. During the month of August there will be a 2 night minimum stay requirement all days of the week
6. public holidays, easter, bank holidays, special events all carry a minimum stay of 2 nights - friday to sunday inclusive arrivals
