A fragment of what was probably a Class III cross-slab, decorated with a diagonal key-pattern, was built into the gable wall of a cottage in Abernethy said to be “near the Council House” and was visible in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
The location of the stone has since been lost.
Abernethy No. 3 is in the parish of Abernethy and the county of Perthshire.
