Whitslaid Tower

One of the earliest mentions of Whitslaid comes in when a Willelmo de Wideslad (William of Whitslade) was a witness to a transaction carried out between 1207 and 1211.

Whitslaid Tower should not be confused with Whitslade Tower in Peeblesshire and Whitslaid Tower in Selkirkshire.
