Pitkerrie (site of)

Pitkerrie was a possible tower or old house owned by the Ross family in the 17th century.

It is marked on Pont’s late 16th century Pont’s map of Tarbet Ness, Easter Ross, as Pitkyry. George Ross, son of Andrew Ross of Pitkerrie, bought Cromarty Castle in 1772.
