Letham House
Letham House is said to have been built as a laird’s house for John Buchan in 1645, however it seems to incorporate an earlier building.
Latham appears as a tower on Hondius’ map of 1630, based on Pont’s late 16th century map, and at the west end of the main block the ground floor is barrel vaulted with walls 2.7m thick suggesting an earlier tower.
