Kersewell

Pont 34: Glasgow and the county of Lanark
Timothy Pont, c.1583-1614map image courtesy of NLS

Kersewell was a tower house which was extant in the 16th century, but nothing of it now remains.

The site is now occupied by Kersewell House. It isn’t clear if the tower was replaced by or incorporated into the new house.
