Craigskean

Caricta Borealis, vulgo, The northpart of Carrick
Joan Blaeu, Amsterdam, 1654map image courtesy of NLS

There was a castle at Craigskean of which some ruins were still visible in the mid-19th century, although nothing of it now remains.

The exact location has been lost so I have placed the site of the castle at Craigskean farm pending further research.
