Arngask (possible) (site of)

Arngask House is an early 19th century mansion however it may incorporate or have replaced an old tower.

In 1573 Sir Andrew Murray of Balvaird and Arngask granted a charter to his future wife, Margaret Crichton, daughter of John Crichton of Strathord.

In 1617 Sir David Murray of Glendoick sold the lands of Glendook, along with other Fife and Perthshire properties, to Peter Hay of Durdie with the consent of his elder brother, Andrew Murray of Arngask and Balvaird.

The property later passed to the Macleans of Duart.
