Merlin's Grave

The legend of Merlin being buried to the north-west of Drumelzier Church dates back to at least the 15th century.

It has been proposed however that the legend may have arisen as a result of the discovery of a cist, although that is seemingly pure speculation and nothing now remains visible at the site.
