Loch an Dùna


Loch an Dùna broch stands on a small promontory connected to the shore by a narrow causeway.

The broch measures around 16.5m in diameter with walls around 3.5m thick which still stand to a maximum height of around 3.0m.

In medieval times the broch was reoccupied and continued to be so into the 17th century.
